14 Days to Raise $14k
Each year, we kick off 14 Days of Maddy in memory of our Maddy girl, the inspiration behind the Madelyn James Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
The origin of our 14 Days of Maddy was to share Maddy’s story, and reflect on our own holiday celebration with Maddy when she was out of the hospital on December 14, 2021. We made the best of it: matching pjs, a trip to the zoo, and special decorations all over our apartment to celebrate the holidays. Celebrating the little things was our motto. Three years later, we are so grateful to bring this sense of hope and joy to all of our families: even as they also face seeing their children, their babies, go through harsh treatments, long hospital stays and an unknown future.
This year, we’ll share more stories of our inspiring families and we set a big fundraising goal based on the journey of one of our families: Timothy and Alexis.
